Are you talking about a language/tongue ?
Otherwise there are several universal "languages" such as Arts (or Mathematics for some people). They don't use "words" so they don't have to be translated.

hello,
English is one of those languages which for many seems easy but then the problem of spelling , the use of the prepositions and the large number of exceptions to any rule .....takes a long time to cross . I 'd like to know if you find dilliculties in learning grammar . If yes , what was the problem?Many thanks.
