    Message de anthobask posté le 30-12-2007 à 19:46:54 (S | E | F | I)

    Bonjour,
J'ai fait un petit exercice où il faut transformer les phrases du discours direct au discours indirect, et inversement.

Mais je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir bon partout

Transform the DIRECT SPEECH into INDIRECT SPEECH. Start each sentence with either : Jack said....... or Jack asked...........

    « Where is my book ? »
Jack asked where was his book.

« Is my pen on my desk ? »
Jack asked if his pen was on his desk.

« I went to see my doctor yesterday »
Jack said he went to see his doctor the previous day.

« He'll check my blood pressure next week »
Jack said that he would check his blood pressure the next week.

    « He won't analyse my cholesterol »
Jack said that he won't analyse his cholesterol.

« Did you watch the match last night ? »
Jack asked me if I watched the match the night before.

    « Why didn't you text me ? »
Jack asked me why I didn't text him.

« I'm talking to my girlfriend on msn »
Jack said that he was talking to her girlfriend on msn.

    « She didn't get o good mark »
Jack said that she didn't got a good mark.

    « She thinks I will have 20/20 »
Jack said that she thinks Jack would have 20/20.

Transform these INDIRECT sentences into DIRECT sentences.

Paul said that he would phone tonight.
    « I'll phone that night »

The dentist asked me if I brushed my teeth regularly.
« You brush your teeth regularly ? »

The teacher asked me why I had arrived late for his lesson.
« Why you had arrived late for your lesson ? »

Mum asked Dad what he wanted for dinner tonight.
« Darling, you want dinner that night ? »

The secretay asked if I had sent the cheque to her.
« Have you send the cheque for me ? »

The girls said that they wouldn't get their results before next week.
« They will not get their results before next week »

They said that they had written to us several days ago.
« They had written to your several previously day. »

Alison said that she had spoken to David.
    « I have Speek to David »

I said that wouldn't phone. I would send a text.
    « I'll not phone. I'll send a text »

Mum asked me if I had taken my vitamins today.
« Have you take your vitamins today ? »

Voilà donc, je demande un peu d'aide

    merci !

Transform the DIRECT SPEECH into INDIRECT SPEECH. Start each sentence with either : Jack said....... or Jack asked...........

    « Where is my book ? »
Jack asked where his book was>.<(Il faut veiller à conserver l'ordre des mots de l'affirmation)
« Is my pen on my desk ? »
Jack asked if his pen was on his desk. OK

« I went to see my doctor yesterday »
Jack said he went to see his doctor the previous day. OK ou bien ...the day before.

« He'll check my blood pressure next week »
Jack said that he would check his blood pressure the next week. OK

    « He won't analyse my cholesterol »
Jack said that he ?? n't analyse his cholesterol.<(La concordance des temps n'est pas respectée. On attend un conditionnel, comme en français)

« Did you watch the match last night ? »
Jack asked me if I watched the match the night before. OK ou bien... yesterday night.

    « Why didn't you text me ? »
Jack asked me why I didn't text him. OK

« I'm talking to my girlfriend on msn »
Jack said that he was talking to ?? girlfriend on msn.<(La sienne à lui, attention !)
    « She didn't get a good mark »
Jack said that she didn't ?? a good mark.<(Sois plus attentif)
    « She thinks I will have 20/20 »
Jack said that she <(preterit) he would have 20/20.

Transform these INDIRECT sentences into DIRECT sentences.

Paul said that he would phone tonight.
    « I'll phone that night » OK

The dentist asked me if I brushed my teeth regularly.
    « ?? You brush your teeth regularly ? »<(Il manque l'auxiliaire !)
The teacher asked me why I had arrived late for his lesson.
« Why you had arrived late for your lesson ? » <(preterit)

Mum asked Dad what he wanted for dinner tonight.
« Darling, ??? you want ? dinner that night ? » <(Ce n'est pas une question correcte. Reprends les éléments de la réponse pour formuler une question au présent)
The secretay asked if I had sent the cheque to her.
« Have you sen ?? the cheque for me ? » <(Révise vite les verbes irréguliers !)
The girls said that they wouldn't get their results before next week.
« They will not get their results before next week » <(C'est elles qui doivent parler. Donc We won't...)
They said that they had written to us several days ago.
« They had written to you several previously day. » <(idem ci-dessus, mais au preterit car several days ago))
Alison said that she had spoken to David.
    « I have ?? to David » <(Révise donc les verbes irréguliers, bis !)
    I said that I wouldn't phone. I would send a text.
    « I'll not phone. I'll send a text » OK

Mum asked me if I had taken my vitamins today.
    « Have you take?? <(encore !) your vitamins today ? »

Voilà donc, je demande un peu d'aide

    merci !

Allez, zou, rectifie tout ça et sois plus attentif.

    Merci pour ta réponse !!!

J'ai donc tout corrigé ( et oui, je devrais vraiment réviser mes verbes irréguliers )
Sinon je pense avoir bon presque partout, sauf peut être une phrase ou deux, où j'ai précisé ;)

Donc j'ai remis juste les phrase où j'avais faux, et ma correction est en rouge

    Hello,
The dentist asked me if I brushed my teeth regularly.
« Have you brushed your teeth regularly ? ».....attention ici au mot "regularly" qui indique qu'on doit employer le présent simple, désolée je n'avais pas bien lu la phrase hier.

The teacher asked me why I had arrived late for his lesson.
« Why did you arrived late for your lesson ? »

Mum asked Dad what he wanted for dinner tonight.
« Darling,..... did you want to dinner that night ? » +tonight, pourquoi changer ici?

The girls said that they wouldn't get their results before next week.
« We won't get our results before next week » ....ok

Alison said that she had spoken to David.
« I have spoken to David » ....ok

Mum asked me if I had taken my vitamins today.
« Have you taken your vitamins today ? » .....ok

    See you

    ok Merci !!

    donc :

The dentist asked me if I brushed my teeth regularly.
« Do you brush your teeth regularly ? »

The teacher asked me why I had arrived late for his lesson.
En faite j'aurais plutôt dit "Why are you late to my lesson?" mais je sais pas si c'est ça va... autrement, je vois vraiment pas quoi mettre

Mum asked Dad what he wanted for dinner tonight.
« Darling, do you want to dinner tonight ? »

    Voilà ^^

    Hello,
"The teacher asked me why I had arrived late for his lesson.
En fait, j'aurais plutôt dit "Why are you late to my lesson?" mais je sais pas si c'est ça va... autrement, je vois vraiment pas quoi mettre "......non...why did you + infinitif, or vous mettez la terminaison-ed !

Mum asked Dad what he wanted for dinner tonight.
« Darling, do you want to dinner tonight ? » ...non...vous oubliez le mot "what", mot important.

L'autre phrase (le dentiste) est ok.
    See you
