    help translation!
    Message de jeoffreyw posté le 11-03-2008 à 19:50:15 (S | E | F)

I need help! It's very important! If you find any mistake please tell it to me.

    1) Presentation de F T :
F T is a company of S E. It has been designing and manufacturing distribution and power transformers for a range of applications all over the world.

    2) Missions à FT:
My main assignment is to reorganize job descriptions. I lead also some recruitment interview and I create a “training book” for our personnel, I write for the internal journal.

Recruitment: for beginning, I introduce myself and the company, I let him introduce himself and after that, I ask him some questions about his professionals’ experiences, his motivations and his knowledge of the company.

    Training book:
I have to find trainings appropriate to our personals’ needing. I contact different trainings Office in order to discuss their price and their training session. After that, I sum it up in the “training book” and I will give it to our employees. My goal is to find cheap trainings next to the employees’ home.

    Job descriptions:
I reorganize job descriptions for working class. Firstly, I meet the foremen in order to update or create new job descriptions. Secondly, I run groups workers for each job to complete job descriptions.

    3) Où voulez-vous travailler dans les RH ? Quel poste ?
I’d like to find a job as HR Generalist. But if I have to make a choice, I’d rather work for a training department or a recruitment department

Training: I have been doing my two internships with European Commission and F T in Training Department, and I like it. It’s very various as a job. That’s the evolutive aspect which attracts me. Training Team has to be able to adjust trainings to employees and company’s needings. In the coming years, I think that this part of Human Resources will take a place more and more important in policy companies.

HR is the intermediary between top management, each department and employees. It’s in the heart of the company if I can say.
Moreover, HR is very various as a job. That what interests me because I don’t want to do always the same thing. In fact, I can work in different kinds of department like training department, internal communication department…
HR is also known for helping people to improve their knowledge and that’s a highly motivating job.

    5) Pourquoi m’être inscrit dans le diplôme de banque ?
I have fit into this diploma in order to find out banking jobs. I know that’s very important if I want to work one day in an international financial area as in Luxembourg. There were some general classes for example financial market and some classes talked about different jobs in banking field.

    6) Cette année ce que je fais?
I fit into a Master’s degree option Human Resources Management. That’s a very complete training. There are some general classes as organization’s companies, how to negotiate, presentation of Human Resources tools…and there are some specific classes which talking about internal communication, body of knowledge management, training…
