Bonjour,j'ai besoin d'aide pour un thème grammatical. Merci de bien vouloirm'aider indiquer mes fautes.
Barack Obama, le symbole
L'accession de Barack Obama, un afro-américain, à la présidence des Etats-Unis, est la consécration de "l'affirmative action", créée en 1972, qui vise à faciliterl'accès des minorités aux universités, aux administrations, et leur intégration dans le secteur privé. Aujourd'hui, le marché du travail est lus représentatif du melting-pot américain. Le fait qu'un Noir accède au poste le plus prestigieux du pays signifie-t-il pour autant que la discrimination à l'emploi a disparu aux 2tats-Unis? Sûrement pas.
"Il n'y a pas de loi contraignant une entreprise privée à appliquer l'"affirmative action", souligne Judson Miner, co-fondateur du cabinet d'avocats, Miner, Barnhill & Galland et ancien patron de Barack Obama. Basé à Chicago, ce cabinet traque les entreprises qui pratiquent une politique ségrégationiste à l'embauche. "Le gouvernement devrait être plus actif, explique Jeffrey Cummings, l'un des avocats afro-américain du cabinet. Beaucoup ne croit pas en l'affirmative action, comme Bush."
Un temps menacé de disparution par les Républicains, la discrimination positive va sans doute prendre un nouvel élan avec un gouvernement démocrate. Pendant les primaires, Barack Obama avait affirmé son intention de peaufiner l'affirmative action...afin que les Blancs en bénéficient également.

Based in Chicago, this office hunt down enterprises which practise a segregationist policy to the taking on." The government must be more active. A lot don't believe in the affirmative action, like Bush" explain Jeffrey Cummings, one of the Afro-American office's barrister.
For a while threatened of disappearinf by Republicans, probably the affirmative action goes to take a new off with a liberal government. During primaries, Barack Obama affirmed his intention to polish up the affirmative action... so that Whites benefit of it too.
