    Bonjour,
    ------------------------------------------------------------
    Dear John,

I have a complaint to be made. When I gone in your Hotel, I noticed a lots of problems.

It°s my first time in England, and I bought this e-ticket on Internet. I paid 10% more. Furthermore, I asked a window seat but I had a aisle seat who was already busy by somebody else.

When I arrived at Hotel, my reservation wasn°t make. I have to make a new reservation at the reception and I have to wait 3 hours for had my room. But also, I could have the exact change, it wasn°t notified on the website!

After, I had asked a room with air-conditioning, with a view of the sea and a balcony. I had a single room too warm and too noisy and the light didn°t work. I had also asked full board and I had half board… The breakfast didn°t include. My room was on the fourth floor and the lift was broken !

That is why I would like to have a repayment for this bad Holyday. It°s of the misleading advertising. I paid 1600€ for something that I didn°t have.

    Kings Regards,
    Klara

    Hello!

    Dear John,

I have a complaint to be made [pas naturel; recherchez le mot 'complaint' avec le mot 'file']. When I gone [accord] in [mal préposition] your Hotel, I noticed a lots [on dit: 'a lot' ou 'lots' mais pas les deux] of problems.

It°s [au passé sans contraction] my first time in England, and I bought this e-ticket on [ ] Internet. I paid 10% more. Furthermore, I asked [ ] a window seat but I had a [avant une voyelle] aisle seat who [on ne dit pas avec un objet] was already busy [mal dit: occupé] by somebody else.

When I arrived at [ ] Hotel, my reservation wasn°t make [mal dit]. I have [au passé] to make a new reservation at the reception desk and I have [au passé] to wait 3 hours for had my room. But also, I could have the exact change, it wasn°t notified on the website!

After (Furthermore), I had asked [ ]a room with air-conditioning, with a view of the sea and a balcony. I had a single room which was too warm and too noisy and the light didn°t work. I had also asked [ ] full board and I had half board… The breakfast didn°t ['to be' au passé négatif] included. My room was on the fourth floor and the lift was broken !

That (This) is why I would like to have a repayment for this bad Holyday. It°s [au passé sans contraction] of the misleading advertising. I paid 1600€ for something that I didn°t have [recevoir].

    Kings Regards,
    Klara

    ------------------------------------

    Dear John,

I have a complaint to be made.
When I gone to your Hotel, I noticed lots of problems.

It was my first time in England, and I bought this e-ticket on the Internet. I paid 10% more. Furthermore, I asked to a window seat but I had an asile seat which was already busy (je ne vois pas quel mot je pourrais utiliser) by somebody else.

When I arrived at the Hotel, my reservation wasn’t do. I had to make a new reservation at the reception desk and I had to wait 3 hours for my room. But also, I could have the exact change, it wasn’t notified on the website!

Furthermore, I had asked to a room with air-conditioning, a view of the sea and a balcony. I had a single room which was too warm and too noisy and the light didn’t work. I had also asked full board and I had half board… The breakfast wasn’t included. My room was on the fourth floor and the lift was broken !

This is why I would like to have a repayment for this bad vacancy. It was of the misleading advertising. I paid 1600€ for something that I didn’t receive.

    Kinds Regards,

    ------------------------------------

    Thanks

    Hello! J'ai recherché sur internet.

    En anglais britannique, on dit:

    "register a complaint".
Donc, on dirait, "I would like to register a complaint".

En anglais américain, on entend plus souvent:
I would like to file a complaint.

When I gone to your Hotel, I noticed lots of problems.

"notice" is not the best word in this circumstance. Pour une lettre formelle, je dirait:

When I arrived at your hotel, I encountered a number of problems.

The expression in English is "to ask for". It is a phrasal verb.

I asked for a window seat but I had (received) an aisle seat which was already busy (occupied) by somebody else.

When I arrived at the hotel, my reservation wasn’t do (on the books) . I had to make a new reservation at the reception desk and I had to wait 3 hours for my room. But also (Additionally), I could have the exact change (I had to pay with exact change), it (which) wasn’t notified (indicated) on the website!

Furthermore (In addition), I had asked for a room with air-conditioning, a view of the sea and a balcony. I had (received) a single room which was too warm and too noisy and the light didn’t work. I had also asked for full board and (but) I had (received) half board… The breakfast wasn’t included. My room was on the fourth floor and the lift was broken!

This is why I would like to have a repayment for this bad vacancy (experience). It was of the misleading advertising (I feel I was the victim of misleading advertising). I paid 1600€ for something that I didn’t receive and my first experience of England was not what I hoped it would be..

    Bonjour,
il reste ce "when I gone" (c'est du moins ce qui m'a frappé sauté aux yeux). Il faut conjuguer le verbe "go" au temps approprié...I gone n'est pas du bon anglais...

    cordialement

Ah merci de cette précision !

Mais cela a été corrigé par "When I arrived at your hotel, I encountered a number of problems."

    C'est mieux?

Merci à vous deux !! C'est très très gentil !!
