Voici mon travail!
It was the last summer, we went on holiday . The day lasted for a long time.
Having driven one day, we arrived at the hotel. It was an old hotel in 30 miles of the sea while the beach had to be in quoted (esteemed). In my bedroom, it was dark, the decoration was not very beautiful and there was not many furniture. Around the hotel there was no mall but fields. I think that it was the campaign. Outside there was a ancient small swimming pool with seaweeds. Besides the staff was not pleasant. Moreover it was expensive. We paid twice more than planned. The food was not tasty and that smelt bad. We went to eat somewhere else because we wanted a good restaurant
I regret having wasted my time.
I wish I had known
I should have stayed at home
My parents and I decided to go in another hotel. The second hotel was much better. Everything was luxurious and beautiful. We finished well our holidays. I guarded a bad memory of the beginning of my trip but all is good which finishes well.

avec les traducteurs, notre plaisir est d'essayer de retrouver la phrase de départ et le "twist", le coup tordu du traducteur.
Ainsi:
It was an old hotel in 30 miles of the sea while the beach had to be in quoted
in quoted ????
c'était un vieil hôtel à 30 kilomètres de la mer alors que(tandis que) la plage devait être "à côté".
quoted: coté en bourse !!
"à côté de "prend un accent circonflexe que vous aviez oublié et du coup, le traducteur a dérapé!
