    Hello !

My husband has ... for a sore throat [...]
I can give you an advice. "For" and "Since" are words which can help you to apply the correct verb sentence.
In your first sentence, it is a conjugation problem.

    morning BIBINE

It's very nice for helping me, so i would try to use another verb:
My husband got a sore throat for 2 months ....
    Is it true now?
    And for the other sentences?

    Good morning !

In your first sentence, you have to use the present perfect : auxiliaire have + participe passé.
For the other sentences, I have noticed some errors : I think that it is better like this
6 – How was the party ? It was boring, I left as soon as possible
8- What does your brother like doing (always -ing after "like") ? Difficult question. My brother enjoys doing many things
9- How is your neighborhood? My neighborhood is an old neighborhood with old houses
10 -How was the concert? Great!! this is one of the best concert where I've never been

I hope that this advice will help you
I am student, but I think that I have not said nonsense !

    Hello,

Les corrections en bleu, par bonté d'âme.

1)My husband has had a sore throat for 2 months, the chemist gave him a prescription for a lot of medicines but he doesn't feel better
    2) How is your mother? she is getting better today.
    3) What does it sound like? It sounds wise and calm
    4) What does this fruit taste like? It tastes like coriander.
    5) What are you looking at? Nothing special, I am looking at people that walk in the street.
    6) How was the party? it was so boring that I left as soon as possible
    8) What does your brother like doing? difficult question. My brother likes doing many things.
    10) How was the concert? Great! it was the best concert I have ever been at.

La 7 et la 9 ont disparu

    Hello.
7)Who does your daughter looks like? exactly, my daughter looks like my father. (A qui ressemble ta fille? Ma fille ressemble exactement à mon père.)

Third person conjugation for questions (and negative statements) is different than in affirmative statements. Exactly should be next to the verb it modifies.

9)How is your city like? My city is a old city with a lot of old homes. (comment est ton quartier? Mon quartier est un vieux quartier avec des vieilles maisons.)

With 'how', it is possible to say, 'How do you like your city'?, but usually people use a different 'W' to start the question. However, check the translation of quartier for a better word.

    Sherry
