The matter of inversion is it necessary to use or optional?
I know it comes with adverbs like ( hardly, never, seldom, rarely, only then, no sooner, only later, little, not only ..but, only in this way, nowhere, on no account, on no way,....or any adverb carries the sense of negative.
Examples:
Never had she seen such a beautiful sight before.
Only later did she really think about the situation.
Not only does he love chocolate and sweets but he also smokes.
Hardly had I got into bed when the telephone rang.
Rarely will you hear such beautiful music.
On no account should you do anything without asking me first.
On all cases like the above the verb comes before the subject not like the usual order ( SVO) or SVC )
Hence, I have problem which one to use correctly.
I always notice writes including myself would use or would prefer to abandon the inversion mode, for examples:
I hardly can follow the bosses of a vague temper.
I hardly can stick on this behavior.
Rarely , it does rain in summer.
Seldom I have to deal with the naughty boy.
Now the question again
Is it correct or justice to abandon the inversion in grammar?

Your last four examples are wrong. You can't do without the inversion in the cases you mentioned.
