Could you correct my short text please?
Thanks for any reply.
This is to inform you that my name spelling is “ABDUL” but in your record my name spelling is showing “KABDUL”. My registration number is 2001 and for your reference I am enclosing my matriculation certificate.
In addition, I have applied for exemption of a subject; please ensure that my correct name spelling show on it.
I would be very thankful for your prompt action.
