Let's suggest 103/ Taking it easy 49

Hello dears,

Another easy exercice that everyone can do! Let's write together...

Comme l'Expression libre est la compétence la plus difficile à bien acquérir dans l'apprentissage d'une langue, il nous faut nous y entraîner, même si c'est notre langue maternelle, d'ailleurs...

Certains m'avaient dit être gênés d'exprimer des idées personnelles ( - ils avaient l'impression - souvent fausse - de les exprimer maladroitement ). Dautre part, vous savez que je ne vous demande pas de " raconter votre vie " si vous ne le désirez pas... Je souhaite juste vous voir vous exprimer sur tout sujet aussi " librement " que possible.
De plus, je pense que vous aurez maintenant compris que pour moi, toute expression, même maladroite, est intéressante et a de la valeur. Elle nous stimule tous à " trouver mieux " !

Voici les questions auxquelles vous pourrez répondre :

1) Should we forgive everything?

2) Are you a film-lover? Speak about your favourite film.

3) What shocks you when you listen to/ or watch the News?


Vous pouvez répondre à 1 ou 2 questions au choix en mp en notant bien les références - et développer celle(s) que vous voulez, jusqu'à atteindre en tout un maximum d'environ 150 mots.

Envoyez-moi vos réponses en mp et je publierai une première série que vous 'corrigerez' (en bleu d'abord pendant deux jours) puis en vert. Une fois le premier texte 'corrigé' au mieux, je publierai ensuite la deuxième série... (sans changements donc ! ) Vous gagnez de la liberté (celle de ne pas parler de plusieurs sujets, ceux qui ne vous " inspirent pas "... Vous écrivez la longueur que vous voulez, vous pouvez choisir d'inventer, de plaisanter, ou de répondre avec sérieux... Nous vous suivrons !

Cet exercice sera pour vous un ou en fonction de la qualité de vos écrits et des difficultés (surmontées) dans la prestation...

What shocks you when you listen to or watch the news?
In particular, what shocks me are the assaults, which involve adolescents, for example: when I hear that a 14-year-old kid came to school with a knife and killed a teacher? I am shocked when a reporter talks to us about a teenager who drove a stolen car without a driver's license, had fled from the police who were chasing him; a car accident happened. The young man was killed or seriously injured and the police had been criticised.
So many broken lives, these of the guilty as well as innocent people and the respective families' lives are destroyed too. I imagine the pain of parents, siblings and friends ... Not only am I shocked but I can't understand how or why some young people reach such a high level of bad behaviours.

I am shocked when a reporter talks to us about a teenager who drove a stolen car without a driver's license , had fled from the police who were chasing him; a car accident happened. The young man was killed or seriously injured and the police had been criticised (check verb tenses).
So many broken lives, these of the guilty as well as xx innocent people and the respective families' lives are destroyed too. I imagine the pain of parents, siblings and friends ... Not only am I shocked but I can't understand how or why some young people reach such a high level of bad behaviours.

In particular, What shocks me in particular are the assaults offences/crimes*, which/that** involve adolescents, for example: when I hear that a 14-year-old kid came to school with a knife and killed a teacher. I am shocked when a reporter talks speaks (to us) about a teenager who drove a stolen car without a driver's license driving licence , had fled from the police who were chasing him; a car accident happened. The young man was killed or seriously injured and the police had been was criticised (as there is no anteriority, I think the pluperfect is not justified).
So many broken lives are broken, these of the guilty as well as the innocent (people) and the/their respective families' lives are destroyed too. I imagine the pain of parents, siblings and friends ... Not only am I shocked but I can't understand how or why some young people reach such a high level of bad behaviours.

* We need here a more general word (driving a stolen car is not an assault)
** No comma, because it is a restrictive clause (relative déterminative) that modifies the noun that precedes it in an essential way and cannot be removed. Moreover, some contend that only "that" is correct in a restrictive clause, "which" should be used only in a non-restrictive clause (relative explicative).
