Correct preposition/help

Hello Everybody 

I was writing a mail and the last line was written as below 
If you have any queries just reply me at the same ID. 
Now my question is, I used at as a preposition. Is it correct and can I use on instead of at
Please help.

Hello,

'At' is the correct preposition here; you can't use 'on'. You should also have a preposition after 'reply': 'reply to me'....
