    Message de taranghiano posté le 07-12-2010 à 21:11:50 (S | E | F)
    Bonsoir,

Pourriez-vous me donner votre avis sur cette cet E-mail ?

    Merci d'avance

    Dear Mr John,

My company is the winner supplier for detergent tender and a kick off meeting is foreseen in January. This kick off meeting will set the planning regarding our products switch and implementations.

Before scheduling this meeting we would like to propose a visit on Thursday the 16th in the afternnon and Friday the 17th in the morning.

Basicly we would like to :

    - check current stock in the warehouse?
    - check packaging needed(jerrycan, drum, IBC)
    - check dosing system for each application
    - meet reponsible of department involved in this project

After this visit, we should be able to complete the "implementation file" and set up a kick off meeting in January.

    Best regards

    bonjour

    Dear Mr John,

My company is the winner supplier for detergent tender and a kick off meeting is foreseen in January. This kick off meeting will set the planning regarding our products switch and implementations.

Before scheduling this meeting we would like to propose a visit on Thursday the 16th in the afternoon and Friday the 17th in the morning.

Basically we would like to :

    - check current stock in the warehouse?
    - check packaging needed(jerry can (en 2 mots dans le dictionnaire), drum, IBC (pluriel?))
    - check dosing system for each application
    - meet the responsible person for the department involved in this project.(le style télégraphique ne me gêne pas pour les produits mais un peu pour le bonhomme responsable, mais je suis peut-être trop littéraire pour un courrier technique)

After this visit, we should be able to complete the "implementation file" and set up a kick off meeting in January.

    Best regards

    Bonjour - voila quelques corrections:

    Dear Mr John,

My company is the winner (you need an adjective to modify the noun supplier - the winning supplier) supplier for detergent tender (je ne comprends pas le mot "tender" ici) and a kick off meeting is foreseen in January. This kick off meeting will (ou bien "In the kick off meeting we will...) set the planning (planning is a verb - you need a noun here "the plan") regarding our products switch and implementations. (it isn't your product's switch - better to say: regarding the switch to and implementation of our products)

Before scheduling this meeting we would like to propose a visit on Thursday the 16th in the afternnon (spelling) and Friday the 17th in the morning.

Basicly (spelling) we would like to :

    - check current stock in the warehouse? (this isn't a question - so no question mark)
    - check packaging needed(jerrycan, drum, IBC)
    - check dosing system for each application
    - meet reponsible of department (meet the responsible person of the department or meet the manager of the department...) involved in this project

After this visit, we should be able to complete the "implementation file" and set up a kick off meeting in January.

    Best regards

    Very good! Congratulations.

    Bonsoir,
