Active and Passive forms

Good evening everybody

I just have a simple question if you don't mind please!

How do we transform change this sentence into the passive form?

"People say that insects are beneficial to our nature" ==> Active form
" Insects........................................." ==> Passive form

And the second sentence must begin with INSECTS, as it is shown above.

" Insects are beneficial to our nature" is that what you mean??

Is this sentence correct please?
" Insects are beneficial to our nature , is said"

something goes missing between "are"& "beneficial".

Here are some examples:

People heard me shout---> I was heard to shout.
They saw me sleep---> I was seen to sleep.

Insects are beneficial to our nature
isn't a passive form!
As told by Headway, something is missing between the verb and the participle.

Ahaa!! I got what you want to say, but what about " people say" ??
I guess it's the verb "say" which should be in the passive, shouldn't it??
