d'avance et bonne continuation à vous !
Progress is the action to go forward, to grow, to be better.
For a company or for humanity, progress is changing in the direction of improvement, its gradual transformation towards more knowledge and happiness.
The notion of progress is a modern idea which opposes the stability that prevailed in the past. Anthropologists note the difficulty had primitive societies and ancient civilizations to understand this idea. Even the Greeks had was limited perception. It is especially in the nineteenth century that progress has become an economic or scientific concept.
It crosses the traditions and shakes accelerating scientific and technical progress.
To do this, we will see the effects of progress on the functioning of societies (advantages and disadvantages).
The progress is a reflection of our need and our consumption. We invent tools to make life easier, to do things faster and better. Throughout history technological progress has improved the living conditions of the population. With such an increase in life expectancy. Progress is fast, it has a share of utility, without progress on not evolve. It helps to have some comfort.
Technical progress, we have seen in history, is sometimes difficult to be accepted by people, especially by old people who are struggling to adapt, and this is true for all ages.
Progress creating another problem which is the assistantship and excessive consumption can lead to failure, laziness, or even see a jealousy. It is addictive, which drives us to binge. In fact, we buy more and more high-tech gadget to satisfy needs that are basically useless. Progress drives us to always be better than the other. Whenever a new product comes out, you want to buy. He also created a dependency among men belonging to developed countries especially, these new gadgets new technology.
In conclusion we can say that the earth and man are always looking to innovate. Progress has benefits such as new technologies, jobs but also has disadvantages as assistant, addiction, consumption, etc ...
One can then ask how far goes the technical progress and what we will it?
